  1. Booking and Reservations:
    • All bookings and reservations are subject to availability.
    • A deposit or full payment may be required to secure a reservation.
  2. Cancellations and Refunds:
    • Cancellation policies will apply, and any cancellations may incur charges.
    • Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in here.
    • Cancellation policies are an integral part of our service. Should the need arise to cancel your booking, please note that charges may apply. For Private Tours, cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time, with a full refund of the tour cost (excluding non-refundable monument tickets). However, Shared Tours are non-refundable under any circumstances once booked. Regarding Day Trips and Tour Packages, cancellations made up to 35 natural days before the departure date will receive a full refund of the package cost (excluding non-refundable monument tickets).
  3. Itinerary and Schedule:
    • The tour operator reserves the right to modify itineraries and schedules due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond their control.
    • Any changes to the itinerary will be communicated to the participants in a timely manner.
  4. Health and Safety:
    • Participants are responsible for ensuring their own health and safety during the tour.
    • Any pre-existing medical conditions or special requirements should be communicated to the tour operator in advance.
  5. Liability:
    • The tour operator is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delays incurred during the tour.
    • Participants are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the tour.
  6. Travel Documentation:
    • Participants are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents.
    • The tour operator is not responsible for any issues arising from inadequate travel documentation.
  7. Insurance:
    • Participants are advised to have suitable travel insurance coverage for the duration of the tour.
    • The tour operator is not liable for any expenses or losses not covered by the participant’s insurance.
  8. Code of Conduct:
    • Participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes respectful behavior towards fellow participants, staff, and local communities.
    • Any breach of the code of conduct may result in the participant being excluded from the tour without a refund.

Cancellation
